Excellent work environment

The company is great to work, the mission vission ad values are clear and practiced everyday. The team works closely with each other and provides the necessary support where applicable. Everyone understands they roles and functions as individuals and in the team. Support is provided by managers and line managers to execute work roles. Customer service is what thr company thrive on and ensures that the customer come first. The only challenge thus far is that there's not enough equipment available eg: not enough chairs for agents to sit on when working and desktops that are not functional.

Learnt alot

I am an efficient, well organised and methodical individual. I have excellent administrative and interpersonal skills and am both flexible and resilient. I believe in always adding value to my work environment.

Learning opportunities

It's a great company for opportunities and growth but implementation of this is slowly and sometimes ineffective Employees are undervalued Some roles are not suited for the qualificationso employees hold

Prestigious company and gained great experience and exposure

to present the company in the best way possible to prospective clients and candidates, To present myself in a professional manner as is required in a work environment to treat and welcome all clients who come into the company in a professional manner and indicated respect and dressed accordingly Working well with others in a fun environment and getting to feel like part of a family within the company itself Going on assignments to work on behalf of the company in the most prestigious company within the country and abroad
