My challenge is that i dont earn enough

Our working days its Monday to Friday My relationship with my colleagues is very good I have learn how to behave in a workplace I enjoy to work with a good team who give its best to work My challenge is that I don't earn enough

I use to deal with the performance management development system also paying bonuses to employees ,dealing with recruitment ,service condition . I have good relationship with another employees because I like to work with people .I have learn how deal with external and internal costumers and to my time doing my work.i enjoy to new things and fun jokes .when the government changing policies

Management of staff

I have been working in an environment where my skills and knowledge were applied. The institution was a training centre and was made of 18 employees and amongst them 80% was illiterate so all the administration was done by me for each and every employee. I also managed to measure their performance and do recommendations for bonus considerations with HR.

Pros: I have deputizing the manager during his absence
Cons: Being working with uneducated employees I have been working extra hours and weekends to achieve my targets

Excellent job

It was good job we was working 8 hours per day Monday to friday. We was doing very successful job in our region because every after 6 months they give bonus .I learn many things on agriculture how to work with other people ,how to plant maize, soya bean and sugar bean if plant some thing what must u do before u plant .I enjoy if I planting maize,sugar bean and soya bean
