I am a dedicated individual in every field of my life. Work , family life , socially.
Typical day at work is to align people to the conform to standards to create an almost perfect environment leaving most of the day dedicated to work instead of fixing problems. Team work team work team work - if it is not working automatically take initiative and ask if work has been done. Then make sure your deliverables do not hamper other employees progress - Efficiency , attention to detail , knowing how the puzzle fits into one organized structure. To do every task with due diligence. Human error on occasion naturally. Don not worry who caused the problem - find out how the problem occurred and fix it. The put in a process to correct. Mostly errors are due to process issues. Knowing what is going on from the job description and how it aligns to goals and objectives of the company and coincides with my goals for progression. The thought of progressing. Multi tasking and making sure that in this environment the importance of quality and timely deliverables that are relevant.
Pros: nerves become like steel to handle any situation
Cons: Outsourcing - Salary therfore remained the same for 3 years - 10% increase every year due to solid work performance

Need more exposure in the finance and accounting field
typical work day would include responding to management queries and liaising with Africa and India accounts team sending instruction on bookings , accruals , reconciliations and queries that need to be resolved. I am a team player as I make it a point and take initiative to understand the role of each individual in the finance department. that creates team work because one function depends on the other. I have learnt the full accounting function and beyond up to and including reporting , analytics and budgets. Most importantly I have learnt corporate culture and how to conduct myself in the workplace. Doing work to the best of my ability and reaping the rewards or if not the satisfaction that it is of high quality on a timely submission Challenging is making sure all functions are completed by my department and the co-workers department before deadline submissions.

My work day involves liaising with colleagues and management on issues that need to be solved and requests that need to submitted to management. I am a team player who can handle the pressure of meeting deadlines with quality and timely submissions. Getting things right and improving processes are of significant importance to me.

Excellent learning experince
I am a self motivated individual driven to achieve to the best of my ability at all times. I seek employment in an environment that will provide me inter alia opportunity to utilize my high propensity for learning new information/tasks/responsibilities. I am a team player who can cope well under pressure and would thrive in a challenging environment. I am capable and efficient with handling Financial Transactions , Reporting , Analytics and Budgets
Typical work day is to ensure that the daily work required for month end is accurate and complete. Relationship with co-workers a continuous team effort I learnt corporate accounting theoretically and practically and business sense, structure and management I enjoy knowing and learning how the puzzle pieces of the company fit into one whole. Success or failure of one leads to success and failure of another. Most challenging would be to multitask.

Doing quality assurance on Personal Lines policies. Compliance to policies and procedures implemented to avoid Audit Findings. Submitting daily, weekly and adhoc reports to management. Allocating work to agents for processing. Back up for the Share Call Line Submitting Timesheets for Tempt staff on a weekly basis.

Excellent learning curve
I have leant a lot at AIG especially at servicing our clients and brokers, CPS (Consumer Processes Services) which is the department I am in, it is a very big with different categories of which you need to know each and every category they allow flexibility which I find exciting and which allows an individual to grow. But sometimes it can be challenging, there is a lot of pressure.
