Excellent learning curve

Its been a great years and our day to day working to keep Operations running smooth. My relationship with my co-workers was very good as I enjoy working in a team. I have learnt to work under pressure and also learnt on how to work with different cultures. I enjoyed meeting new cultures ( people ) and learning about the industry ( Aviation ) everyday. The most challenging aspects about my job was dealing with delays and passengers who didn't understand the reasons behind the delays, which also helped me on how to deal with these situations.

Excellent learning curve

It was always a challenge to look for because I got to enjoy those challenges. My relationship with my co-workers was good. I learned on how to work different cultures and and accepted each and everyone's differences. I enjoy helping people and knowing that I made a difference in someone's is what keeps me going. Assisting passengers when there's a delayed flight and having to explain to them the reason for the delay and having them to understand.

Pros: Great opportunity for experience
Cons: Shifts were long
