Responsible for enabling the integration of environmental sustainability into company operations which includes development and implementation of various initiatives that will enhance performance reporting quarterly. monitoring of these programmes and assessing organisational support. developing an environmental management system as a means to address all current challenges that limit environmental performance. internal stakeholder support is limited with increased resistance from key enablers for transitioning organisation towards sustainability.

Excellent learning curve

My current position is exciting and it comes with new challenges each day. The organisation has a national footprint and as a result, I happen to travel worldwide to conduct environmental compliance audits and implementing ISO 14001:2015. One of the greatest things I have learnt, is working under pressure and flexibility.
