• All administration in office • Receive orders from Site Officers from various sites • Request quotations form relevant suppliers • Negotiate for best prices for required material • Place orders after deciding on the best supplier • Follow up on suppliers, if necessary • Answer all queries from suppliers and/ or site officers • Open new accounts with new suppliers • Handle all document related processes • Make sure to receive all tax invoices and statements from supplier to ensure payments • Order all required stationary for office and site purposes • Filing of all documents • Send through all requisitions to Finance Manager to pay suppliers • Creditors • Get quotations and order all raw material for paint manufactory, Nanotec coatings
