Fast thinker and pays attention to detail always
Typically my day is to review the previous day data, highlight any constraints or abnormalities on our performance data . Do a quick quality round the factory with my shift technicians. Ensure they have their tasks and resources available. Then a quick meeting with the manager with regards to any information that's needed. Follow up on progress on on the job training, skills matrix, absenteeism. Also any orders and progress on eta's. update MTD data. Monitoring performance on test equipment and technicians. I learnt a lot of discipline and patience. I have to be human and stern when required with technicians explanations. My team really goes out of their way to ensure all our work meets the demands of out company. I have instilled that as a team we are greater than an individual. The most challenging part of my job would be relying of dependencies out of our control. Its difficult when some teams regards the departments as a low importance and we have to wait in line for a response.
Pros: the enviroment allows you to be in control with working systems which you tweak to your needs

Excellent learning curve
I,Mduduzi Magagula i am a competent and self motivated male who has matriculated at the Nhlahlayethu high School. I am currently employed as a Maintenance electrician in Altech uec technology. I have been with the organisation for the past 4 years, and have considerable experience in all aspects of Operation and Technical skills with direct reference to Surface Mount Technology Equipment and Maintenance. I also have excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills. My duties not only include that of maintenance but also Production line operation and process control. This includes Inspection, Operation of all SMD Machinery, Fault Finding and Equipment Maintenance, wiring distribution board and drives etc. I believe that these skills and attributes will be of great benefit to your Organisation. I am currently working as an Industrial Technician at Altech UEC.
Based on my CV, you will see that I have been juggling around the various departments for the past 10yrs purely because for each and every opportunity the company has presented to me throughout the years I always treat as my next challenge and a learning curve to reach a greater hight not only for myself but for the company benefit as well. For reference please feel free to contact them for confirmation.
Pros: Well as you can see on my CV, in some departments I had to shift because production runs 24hrs a day ie SMD and being a Production support technician where you required to be on standby incase any down time take place in production.
Cons: Being in a sector of manufacturing and production you definitely be subjected to working long hours and ensuring that any downtime experienced in production is kept minimal.

I am a female of excellent caliber, who is always willing to succeed in every endeavour undertaken. Some of my strengths are my dedication, my ability to work independently, organized, neat and methodical, loyalty and willingness to work hard. I have a pleasant disposition; with good interpersonal skills and I adapt well to new environments and ideas easily. I am responsible and a quick learner. I am a people’s person, with team player ability, and have always worked well in positions that require a lot of interaction with people. I am able to work under pressure, and can action and implement rules, regulations and orders.

Excellent learning curve
Altech is a good company to for since it gives us some training to gain more knowledge and experience in different arrears within the organisation. I am a team player and i get along with everyone from management to my co-workers. I have learnt so many things from the time i started working for Altech and just to name the few, taking responsibility of the problem, problem solving and doing a proper planning. i enjoy working with different product and challenging stuff. The most challenging stuff is to multitask while you still have a the deadline to meet.

Excellent
Hi I'm 32 year old Indian male that looking to grow in a career. I have been a quality controller at Altech uec for the last 5 years. I am a very fast learner and I have skills to be a leader.I am up for any challenge and work well under pressure. The working environment working at the company I work for is very comfortable but I'm am looking for stability due to being a contract worker. I have been working 12 hour shifts alternating weekly

Excellent learning curve
Team work is the key to meeting targets before deadlines. I have learnt to work according to time since I am a ptoduction technician, attending breakdowns in time and analysing the main source of the problem by using schematics to follow through.
Pros: I prefer getting promotion after a year or so

Excellent challenging environment
I work at a electronics manufacturing facility , we are a technology based company. I ensure the stocks on hand are accurate and relay to staff on daily basis inaccuracies, investigate and provide counter measures.
Pros: knowledge gained through experience
