Excellent Learning Curve

I am extremely passionate individual particular in the IT Infrastructure Spectrum, I specialize in various Domains, such as Server, Network and Desktop Administration. I have over 10 Years Practical Experience 9 of which were at Corporate Developments, I more than enjoy Network Engineering as there is nothing more satisfying working with clientele and diagnosing issues to resolution, this builds trust, Communication is key!

Good learning curve

25585, and the escalation is not getting resolved as my work i depend alot on third parties to assis ans i am a setvice corordinator. What i also like about my job is that i learn alote as i waork with different support groups like enngineers, consultants and managers

Pros: The is no room for promotions as they are now taking most of the outside peope rather than promoting the internal staff
Cons: There are no long working ours as we work between 7 and 1700
