To be cofortable with my work and always do the right thing

Working at the company it acquire lot of accuracy and determination. Dealing with different people with different backgrounds. But I have learned to put differences aside and focus on doing the best job. My relationship with co-workers is very good because we help each other and work as a team. I have learned so much so far customer inquires, process claims, monthly payments, new joining and all the admin work at the office. I enjoy when clients comes to the office to give thanks to the job well-done. That really warms my heart and motivate me to want to always do great job everyday. Challenges I come across everyday dealing with mean customers and impatient people. But I always make sure I stay calm every time and assist the with everything they want to be helped with. Where the other staff members do not want to participate in same of the things that make our office to excel in everything we do. I am grateful for all the good things I have learned to develop my skills.

Pros: -new joinings , inquires,processing claims, monthly payments and doing all the administration work at the office
Cons: I work from monday to saturday everyday from 07:00 - 17:00

Goood person

I have good communication skills work with team, willing to learn new things , drives licence code 10 and national diploma in marketing my previous work was Sanlam work as a area runner , amathole funeral as a driver sales man and IEC work as a voters roller officer now3 I'm working at medipost pharmacy as a site agent . I'm a good driver I obtain my drives licence three years back now and I didn't commit accident at all, I wish I can get the offer and add value to the company and meet customer satisfaction

Pros: its a graet opportunity because i will learn new things and communicate with people to upgrade my self and add value to the compny
Cons: its fine i dont have problems with working more hours
