Time management and Business closing skills

It is a nice working at my company. Its a professional amd and friendly environment. My colleagues and i work hand in hand assisting each other in times of need. We are more like a family amd enjoy our company working together in a professional manner as well as a friendly one. What i have learnt at my company is to coordinate you day. This allowing you to prepare you working strategy on a daily of weekly basis. Also by going through many training programs to prepare yours3for the tasks ahead has helped me alot. This making me confident and professionally prepared for my tasks that are set for me. The most challenging aspect in my job is none. Time management training has helped me set this straight by allowing me to iron out the once challenging aspects that once was and no longer is.

Pros: The pros working with this company is being exposed to working with international Clients on a daily basis. Also the training who go through equip us for many challenging tasks.
Cons: The cons. There are no promotion in house. No increases or recognition in terms of promotion or monetary value for the good work you do.

Working hard

This Is the least jobs that I have worked for I'm being paid less money but driving a truck long distance.sometimes I work from 8am until 7pm no overtime

Pros: There are no promotions at work
Cons: Long hours sometimes
