Excellent learning curve, typical work days

Typical work days Cuo workers are ok to I i learnt more about myself and how to adjust my wor lifek with that said otherwise it is an ok company to start if you haven't worked as yet. It helps to learn and get experience in the industry.

Not good

The the company is becomming like we are in army We are nolonger treated fairly. The excegetive want to fell tjat they are in power. We are being undermined

Excellent growing company

its a medium company growing every month,very exciting environment with excellent colleges and diverse employees,you required to do a minimum of 20 claims a day

Pros: great chance to grow with the company
Cons: no weekend overtime and there is sometimes claims back log

Amazing Environment

The working conditions are excellent as the working hours are flexible and one can make arrangements or personal issues. Fellow co-workers are easy o connect with, the environment is relaxed and we are able to push as much work as we can as per the environment not being too strict on the productivity and terms of the turn around times. We are able to do more as everyone has the the pressure to finish their own work based on stats and SLA's

Learning opportunity

its a small company with great opportunities promotions management gets along with stuff I have created claims SOP specializing in EDI claims training needs are supplied free education supplied currently busy preparing to write RE5

Organisational Development and Change Management

I hold a honours degree in Industrial Psychology, specialising in Organisational Development and Change Management. I am an HR Generalist, and Psychometrist. I have run numerous projects independently, including Standard Bank and Cultural roll-out. I am passionate about what I do and believe in continious learning. I thoroughly enjoy developing people. I do motivational speaking and in the process to publish a book. I am available with a 2 week notice period since I have already started with the hand over phase. Regards

Check if my salary is within recommended salary

Good company to work for even though the work load is too much to handle. Directors are good people, HR understanding person, colleagues from my department are from hell except my wonderful supervisor, but from other depattments they are all so wonderful and united

Excellent

It is not a bad place to work from. No pressure and just do your work and no one will be on your back. working for 7 and a half hours every day excluding holidays and weekends is not really a bad idea. Having the company paying to pay for my studies and to get two days to write an exam. I have a medical aid benefit for myself and my family of 4.

Great learning opportunity

We receive admin work and most of the work we do is data capturing. We also answer broker and customer queries. I have learned a lot about dealing with clients and brokers, customer service. I get along well and am on good terms with all my colleagues. The most challenging part is the long hours and the most enjoyable part is interacting with colleagues. I also like interacting with clients.

Pros: Getting experience in insurance industry and with insurance processes
Cons: Work not very unchallenging
