Very motivated person, strong team player and management skills. Excellent trainer.
Manage a department, with schedules, budgeds, overtime, material management and review of SOP. I also do the technical training of theory and instrumentation of staff members and students.

Great company as an entry level, but demanding hours, low salary and few benefits
Demanding demanding hours, with low salar and low benefitsGreat company interms of a learnership program they offer, good management and facilities and facilitators in the phlebotomy learnership training. As you joing the work, there is demanding long hours that youbwork and thee salary is very low. Hard to balance home and work life. Benefits not great.

Working 12hours. Aand weekends. I am a hard and I am able to work under pressure at any given time.. I am results-driven and work to exceed expectations. I am articulate, have excellent communications skills and I am a well-presented phlebotomist with a proven track record to deliver good customer service to patients. No growth
The staff are over worked and under paid. Good staff are often over looked.. There is a great staff turn over. The hours are bad. The company doesn't always follow labour law.

Experience
Working as a lab technician has taught me many things. Working under pressure and working as a team and individualy. You have to work effective and perfect. Notice faults and troubleshoot on it. Working with clients requires lots of patience and friendliness.

Fantastic learning environment
A typical day starts with checking if all the systems are optimally running. Checking daily tasks logged via HEAT call logging system and via emails. we are a team of five server administrators and work very well together. i have learnt a lot from my seniors like VMware. I enjoy resolving issues logged via the call logging system (HEAT) and via emails, also enjoy communicating with the customers via the phone to resolve their issues. The challenging part is when the solution to problems takes longer to resolve/figure them out.

Excellent company to work with
Im a gardworking individual more technical and a great team leader. Worked with the beckman coulter DXC 600, Roche Cobas E411, Vidas, Sysmex 100i and meditech 5.0
