Excellent individual growth
I started off at the company as a very shy person, when I started working for the company I was a Sales Administrator. The filling year the company's National Sales Manager approached me and asked if I wouldn't be interested in being PA to the sales managers and herself. This meant being PA to 6 female managers. I was very sceptical about taking up the position, I actually declined at first because I thought the position would not fit well with me overly reserved character. I then decided to just get out of my shell and take it. That was the best decision I ever made in my career, I learnt that I'm not as shy as I thought. I also loved talking infront of people and helping people. The PA position opened the opportunity for me to then later be a Trainer in the sales department. So in a nutshell the company helped me grow alot, it got back my confidence and now I feel like I can take on anything I want.i made good friends, and I got along well with an office of +-110 people.
Pros: Room for opportunities
Cons: 8 hours never enough for the amount of work so time Management very important

Excelling individual
I've been a great employee since day one, started of as reception and enjoyed that position that's where I learned most of the things, and was promoted as personal assistant, which really changed me I learned a lot, doing approvals, reservation report, quotations, telephone enquiries etc. I really work well within the team, never had any problems.
Pros: Growth, there's so much growth
Cons: No over time

Good work
work there as an assembler night shift only, consolidating some stock and outing them in the conveyor so that they can be ready for our costumers. we have a good team though sometimes it's tough because we only work night shift and there is no rotation
Pros: great work
Cons: 12hours

Not worth it
No teamwork in my department Only one who is asked to assist with other work, when others do what they were employed to do. Gained printing experience and 4 months marketing assisting experience
Pros: Managers take time to listen to you
Cons: no teamwork

There is opportunity for growth for someone who works hard.
There is opportunity for growth if you work really hard, that emeans going and above your day to day. The biggest down for me i would say is lack of transperancy and equality within the company
Pros: Company culture, Office environment
Cons: Long work hours, lack of transparency from superiors
