Being able to work as a general work after obtaining my first qualification.

I have managed to study while working night shift to obtain B tech in Marketing. I believe in self development. I am a hard working and dedicated person . I enjoy challenge and working with people at any level. Am a very relaxed person and handle pressure well. Working long hour helps me cope well with my work.

Pros: I have worked to so hard to be promoted to the next position.
Cons: Am coping working long hours even out of office

I, Nontando Mfiki holding a National Diploma in Chemical Engineering. I have worked as pilot plant operator at PetroSA for 2 years, also worked as SHE Rep for almost 2 years in different companies. Currently I am (intern) project planning assistant in one of the biggest automotive industry in SA. I am a hard worker, goal oriented person, fast learner and easily adapting to change. I am able to work under pressure and have interpersonal skills.

I LOVE WORKING FOR MY COMPANY MY MANAGER ALWAys motivates us to grow and expand

my relationships with my team is great we always build each other and work together . .

Pros: there is lots of opportunities but not in my current position i need to relocate

Knowledge and skills

I work daily with our customers issues, dealers and drivers and my relationship with co-workers is good because we work as a team no one is focusing on he's work we help each other so that we are achieve our goals and meet the customers requirements. My learning from co-workers they have co-operation to work us a team and what I like the most & enjoy most is we like talking safety every time and they won't let you do mistake we have received this knowledge and skills from Total and Shell rules. The challenging aspects of my job is our finance, they take time to pay dealers in time and we don't have workshop mechanic to attendant small breakdown,so I have to do it on my own.
