Love challenges

There are certain areas that systems are in place and stays the same day for day but there is also times that you have to look outside the box to get things done. Working in a office with about 10 other ladies is a challenge of it own. Every person has his own personality and strong points. With the years experience and working alone and with others makes is easier to understand how to handle every situation. The most challenging aspects of my job is provide the best service to our clients. To ensure that Management do no have to be unsatisfied with the quality of work I am giving them and to make sure that I am thankful for the trust they have in me. What I enjoy the most of my work is when i finished every month end successful I do feel proud of the work I have done and know that I gave it my all. It am exited to re allocate with my 2 daughters and take on new challenges and being part of a community and area where I can make a difference.

Pros: To go home every night and feel is a day done well. Making a diverence in somebody's live.
Cons: It feel like you get lost in the systems some times and the personal and interaction between Management and personel are lost.

Learning transport culture

Good company to work for. Family business. Not much oppertunity for my growth. I need to investigate each driver as they report to depot with outstanding disciplinary issues. Handle other depot cases.. telephonic completion of matters. I have learned not all corporate companies work the same. Family business rules are not so cast in stone as an fully corporate business. Transport operate 24/7 I enjoy dealing with disciplinary matters/ investigation/ hearings/ performance management.

Cons: Not much growth oppertunity

Excellent in communication

I am a quik learner and, for the 12 years that I am working was only in Transport and also have the exsperiance in long distace, as I was an assistant on the truck for 2 years as n longdistance assistant.

Good management experience

Duties and responsibilities amongst departments need better order. There is no introductory notes or manual script showing you how this company executes operations. Management need improvement on how it treats employees and pays them without being biased and using nepotism. There is a lot to learn and if you do not have previous experience you could have a very difficult time learning your responsibilities, who you are responsible for and who you answer to.
