I have learn a lot about people behavior towards safety in the work place.

I like working with people on a day to day basis and the challenges that every working day bring. I am passionate about my work love to teach people how to stay alive. The biggest challenge i have on a daily basis is to have employees to be safety continence in everything they do and to not see safety as extra work but a way of live, to breed the safety culture into their everyday doings including at home.

Pros: Learning more about employees
Cons: Employee always to think safety is extra work
