To me nothing is good

there is no great way to communicate with the workers and to me in order the workers to do great job they need to be happy in the working place and there must be respect between the workers and the employers

My days at Anglo Debt

In all my experience I have come to understand the ins and outs of collections .how to actually liaise with clients and or customers on a professional level with pride and dignity and without prejudice I always love a challenge. I finish what I start.

Excellent learning curve in debt review industry

With the company i enjoy have a good relationship with my fellow colleagues. I believe in being honest at all time and making sure everything is done pitch perfect. what ui have learnt is that people have been drowning in debts and always looks for a easy way for getting out of debt but forgetting about their credit score that needs to be built accordingly so that they may qualify for anything they would love to have. The challenges of debt review is that not most clients want to be under debt review and that's where the denial starts as they don't see it as a new start but a bad start. The one thing i enjoy is having to come to work to know that you are coming to your home away from home

Cons: not getting paid enough to support my family.

Awesome company to work for, incentives are abit low but extra

Nice company to work for, do-able hours, dont work every saturday , target is abit high but manageable, nice environment to work for too. Managers are abit rough and doesnt know how to speak, no professionalism. Dress code is wear what you want

Excellent learning curve

It is very good environment to work at , everyone gets along with co-workers . The wroking hours were 9am - 17pm so it was not too much and not lot of work needed from you. What I found challenging was working with difficult clients but you went home knowing your weakness and there was training everyday. I have learnt that you got to put alot of effort in the work you do everyday.
