Fast learner
II have 17 years of experience working with Anglo American Platinum in a Process division. I Started at HRD(OSD) as a HRD Data Capture Clerk and joined Precious Metal Refinery as Data Capture Clerk in Production and I was affected when the company was restructuring moved to Waterval Smelter (Anglo) as Data Capture Clerk and moved back PMR (Anglo) and I was promoted to be a Planned Maintenance Administrator in Engineering after finishing my Basic Artisan Training and Promoted to be Scheduler. Im currently affected I can be retrenched. I have qualifications of Office Procedure, Basic Artisan Training, MS Projects, MS word, Ms Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Sap certificates of HRD and Engineering Admin. I build in the decisions and actions from the meetings. I can build presentations for Management.

That was great experience to work at Anglo Platinum.but the problem is that there's no sucsition .
The campany was not so good when coming to the communication with workers, so evin when the contract ends they told us on December that January 2020 you not coming back.
Pros: I was the outsource Analyst for 8 years and lean much thing like how to work with people that you don't know leasing with the geologist and how to check the work of production labs.advance with the difficult people, working under pressure.
Cons: No(7.5 hours a day

Growing industry
There isn't much I can say about my work relationship, cause there isn't any. Even our supervisor they oppress us and make us work under pressure to meet their personal expectations.

Always willing to work and i learn fast
In the morning i go underground do daily checks on my machines if i find any faults i repair it immediately and on maintenance days i service the machines.

Natural skills
One of the skills I have is planning. I can easily and with great confidence take ownership and leadership of a project, from cradle to grave. As part of being Middle Management I can guide, coach and lead my Asset management team with ease During my 14 year's of mining industry related experience i have gained a lot of on-the-hands-on training and experiencing
