Great personality

My day starts with a short meeting in the morning with learners, i then check through my mails to note any meetings that are planned for the day. i conduct trade test on some days, test assessments for learners, conduct moderation. I have a good relationship with my subordinates and co-workers i believe in team work and cooperation. i have learnt that one is never too old to learn, recently i am intrigued by Economics and the effect it has on our day to day living. I enjoy the transition from marking a panel of a learner for the first time with uncertainty to seeing the look on their faces when they have confidence in the work they do. I enjoy the tea i get to drink with my staff members prior to starting any day. the most challenging thing about my day is giving learners feedback that are not yet competent. the loss of newly qualified learners.

Excellent working relationships

Its a fast paced environment whereby time is of highly importance ,and accuracy as you dealing with a large number of workers in a day ,you need to stay alert at all times where mistakes are not permissible . Safety is the main focus

Environmental Officer

This is a great filed but still is not being recognized for it's importance with regards to salary remunerations. People are not being payed enough on this field given their legal responsibilities. Water Air Biodiversity
