I’m currently involve in Enterprise Development Socio-Economic Development Framework in host/operation and labour sending areas for AngloGold Ashanti (AGA) focusing on Job Creation, Ownership, Equity, Large Scale Sustainable projects, Procurement, Entrepreneurs, Vocational Training and Awareness while Funding Model in host and labour sending areas focusing on Business Development Parks, SMME Development, Entrepreneur Support and Procurements (There is financial liquidity and employment opportunities).I have done and still doing some Income Generating Projects in the host and labour sending areas, managing a budget of approximately R 36 Million (M) and raised a budget of approximately R 20 Million. These projects are adopted through consultation with the local authority and relevant stakeholder’s which gets approval to be implemented with budget for respective project from the Department of Mineral Resources (DMR) and applying mining charter legislations such as BBBEE, MPRDA and PPPFA.

I am a qualified medium voltage electrician , I have seven(7) years of experience , I have worked on mini substation , substation , fixing underground machines.

I am very professional in nature and able to communicate at higher level and elloquentte.

. Managing the centre, budget control, staff performance and development, engaging with HOD's, advise on legislation landscape, provide strategic direction, implement processes and policies to advance learning and delivery . Have good relationship with management and staff to ensure excellent delivery of service to internal client and external clients . Team player within organization and be cooperative to your peers . To work with team not against people, engagement on issues which brings impact to organization and individuals . To deal with DMR on issues of principles and legislation changes to adapt it and implement

Pros: To provide excellent service and company has better prospects for individual and also organization
Cons: I am prepare to work extra hours
