Excellent learning curves
I am a self-confident and hard working person who is always eager to learn. I have good computer, call centre skills, presentation and communication skills. I am a fast learner and a good team player. With the vast knowledge and skills I have, I strongly believe that I can make a positive contribution in your organisation if I am given an opportunity and that can even assist me in enhancing my skills.

I have built experience in this company and industry.
I compile reports and update systems on a daily basis. Reports goes to the clients for feedback. the relationship with my colleagues are good and we get along well. I have learnt a lot about the admin industry, how to prioritize things and how to work within a time-frame before a deadline. I enjoy what i do because it teaches me to have patience and how important the work i do really is. Accuracy is the most challenging part, anything can slip through the cracks if you do not pay attention to detail.

Excellent learning
I've learnt how to deal with difficult customers and how to handle them in a way to keep them calm. I've also learnt how to work under pressure and as a team which has taught me how to approach people I don't know and getting ideas from other different people,my mistakes being corrected and showed how to fix them. Even though there was alot of pressure and difficulties that sometimes I can't handle I believe that I have gained some experience. I couldn't work in a company where I wasn't happy at and where there favoritism.

Bad and ridiculous company
I never enjoyed working there. Unprofessional management nag ridiculous payment compared to the working hours. There is little growth and not a very good working environment

Great for beginners in life
Every day is different. Co-workers have the highest regard of respect for me and vice versa. I have learnt how to handle all kinds of people from al walks of life. Each client has its own challenges so you learn something new almost everyday.
Pros: No 2 days are the same.

Learning curve
Everything is okay the employees are good people. The clients on the calls are challenging a good challenge. They teach you a lot about time and productivity.
