Dedicated Manager. Like to train workers. A challenge is always being one of my strong points. A typical working day always begins a proper meeting in order to inform the team about the duties of the day ahead. My relationship with my co-workers has been one of good healthy relationships.

Pros: Opportunity to ad value to any Company.
Cons: Working overtime in order to achieve the targets.

Can learn and adopt to any farm and working enviroment.

A typical working day starts with an information meeting in the morning in order to inform the managers accordingly. My relationship with co-workers is one of trust and respect. I have learned that you can only be as strong as the team working with you. I enjoy meeting targets and deadlines. The most challenging is to reach targets set to achieve budgets and get the best return to the farm.

Pros: Opportunity to ad value to any Company.
Cons: Working overtime in order to achieve the targets.
