When taking leadership role as I was provided with a total change on how to conduct myself at work.
I have to look after equipment and employees, and their availability. The relationship with staff changed because I have to look after them and their safety while at work. I have learnt to be calm when dealing with Operational challenges I enjoy seeing staff improve in their performance under my supervision the challenging time in my job is when we introduces new processes and procedures because I have retrain everyone and make sure that they understand everything
Pros: I am getting trainings which help me to develop my skills
Cons: I work nine hours a day but mostly I exceed my working hous to urgent deadlockss
