Excellent learning curve

Working for this company ismm is great but the problem is they hardly interact with the employees.. I have learnt to be in a team work and adaptable. I enjoy the challenges from the task given as they make you grow

i work very hard, i even cover the work for my co-workers when they are not around. it's very good to work in a company like this one because we work as team, we help each other even though we don't earn together as we work as team.

Customer service

The most outstanding thing for me is to wake up with a smile knowing of how my day will be at work regardless of the challenges. I won the best employee of the season where my co-workers nominated me and that alone proved my relationship with them to be an outstanding one. My work is more technical and based on support of products which clients bought from our organization. I love assisting and working to resolve a customer 's needs. The most challenging this g about my job is when you have to deal with difficult customers. I have learned to not allow my emotions get in the way Instead I create a happy environment around myself in order to fulfill my customers needs at the end of the day.
