How I have achieved and maintained the most profitable branch for a 5 year period running.

A typical day at word, would be me coming in opening emails, and starting off with new quotes and queries from clients. Fleet management came next, and deliveries followed for the day, as planed the previous day. Personnel meeting done once a week, to ensure a healthy work environment Sustaining all ISO administration, and implementing health and safety as educated to me Stock Management, Fleet Management, Deliveries & Collection, Debtor Accounts & Stationary Sourcing spares, liaising with clients, reps & management to ensure a well "oiled" system. Budgeting all expenses and ensuring a culture of saving, and profitable growth Weekly & Monthly Sales reports as per the Ultisales system. Delegating work to the people ensuring productivity and profitability Leave & Absence Management I, really enjoy my work here, and learn something every day, working with the products & learning the applications is very rewarding being able to assist a client.

Pros: Not working on public holidays, weekends and short Fridays gave me the opportunity so spend these days with my family, having a young son of 9 I apreciate the energy and joy in spending this time with him.

Need commitment

Work days are average very routine like very nice people to work with gained industry related knowledge, nothing more than that free lunch every day, company team building are some extras the routine will become tiring after a while.

I’m willing to work hard and apply myself to the benefit of the company.

My typical work day are very busy. I love my co-workers, we work toghether as a team and alway try to help each other where we can. Being a adult is very difficult but also awesome. Everyday you learn something new. I am always open to learn something new. The things i enjoy the most is coming in to work and keep my clients happy. The most challenging aspect of my job is to keep everyone happy and to make sure that my work are always up to date.

Good

The enviroment is relaxing and calming. There is good relations between the employees. One bonus us that lunch is provided for emplyees. The work load is manageable. Great coffee.
