Management personal relationships cloud judgement. Cape Town management not objective
Very Toxic work enviroment.Will not advise anyone to work in the Cape Town Branch,.Favoritism is the order of the day. Personal internal work relationships cloud judgement and objectivity. There is no support from your direct manager/commercial manager. He cancels and does not attend meetings scheduled. I think that Aramex overall is a great company with great values it is just unfortunate that these are not being followed in the Cape Town Branch.

Excelent learning curve
It is quite an experience and a learning curve working with different kinds of parcels, clearing shipments and adhering to customer specifications. Dealing with different kinds of expectations from services offered like early morning deliveries, overnight deliveries, same day express deliveries and more. Working tirelessly to meet customer expectations.

Cons: Sometimes ungrateful managers and supervisors.

My work day is a full day. I assist the commercial team. I have learnt everything in regards to logistics. Assisting clients on a daily basis. Delivery service on time.

Learning experience
I started a learningship at this company after I finished it was employed permanently as I showed that I’m a dedicated employee. I learned a lot from this company, I started as a courier driver I’m now at stand in courier leader (see cv )

Stock controller
My name is potego mokoena, I'm a hard working so determine and dedicated to what I do. I like to put my energy to what I do. I became irritated when things doesn't go the way I plan , i always want things to go my way. I interact well with people,i always encourage my team to work together as a team because I like the winning team.

No benifits
Nice plce to work at but here is not a lot of growth and now benifits at all. We are however an international company which makes you deal with different people, races and nationalities.

Since i've been in aramex i've been always happy as i enjoyed doing the job i'm doing although there are those situations where sometimes its annoying,long working hours too much workload,much preasure,but there are also good times.

Opportunity to studying further
Excellent opportunities for growth and development, must say that willingness is key to exposure any growth. Excellent and advanced technology used. Striving for service excellence, customer conscious. Teamwork is the order of the day
Pros: Treated the same in areas of work, transparency prevails across as we get quarterly updates on company performance, long service recognition, BEE is recognised as we have black management
