Self discipline, ambitious and hard working with problem solving skills

Arb WHOLESALERS is a good company to work for but there is limited growth in the organization. Mitt does not follow nor contribute more towards my career. They more so sales and admin work related company and the business is good since they under the JSE and make turn overs of 1billion plus a year

My life at ARB

Good day I like my job because it keeps me busy all day My day is always hectic at work we are a very busy company customers come in every day and the phones are very busy I get along very well with my work colleges they are very nice to be around Here is never a dull moment at work The envirnoment makesyou want to work here I've leant so many things working here, how a corprate world works The chanllenges is that we have a month end target and that must be made and doen every month . I like that because it push me to the limit I never knew i could do.

Pros: Not much room for groth
Cons: working hours are from 7:30 till 17:00 and no weekends which I would prefer to get a job that is not working on weekends

I have learnt that in life nothing comes from nothing so you get what you put in.

I have great communication skills , I enjoy working with people and have a lot of experience with direct marketing, events and Sales, I'm self motivated and i believe that with Hard Work , Dedication, Determination and Out of The Box Thinking, Anything is Achievable.

Pros: Getting the job no matter what it takes

Excellent learning curve

our typical working days are usually hectic get along with the other Collogues, we have become a small family, goal driven we push each other to reach our targets. I have learnt a lot. I love dealing with different people on a daily basis.

FEAR

*I'm a responsible person who works at any pressure. *very understanding person easy approachable to my stuff and customers. *time keeping at all times to my customers. * highly dedicated to my manager and also my superior. *very risky when need to meet target of da months when we don't have enough time. * I love my job just that I need an upgrade and learn more about the goods,company and what's we selling to public.
