A Good Start

The company is a good place to start your career and offers a lot of growth opportunities as a positive. On the negative once you reach the ceiling be prepared to either move on or to retire in that position. A lot of red tape holds you back in making decisions as is with any government organization.

Cons: Red tape, cannot go beyond the ceiling of your position
