Great learning opportunity

My company has a sink or swim attitude. Working with pallets makes you realise its not just a silly pallet but rather a good piece of equipment that is quite costly. Everyday is something new, something different. All while the same standard protocal applies, you never have the same scenario twice. I love working here and wish there was room to grow bit unfortunately that will not be possible and i want to build a career not just do my work.

Pros: Great working environment with great people
Cons: No room for growth
