Quality learning experience

During my time working with different co-workers ,primarily fixing and maintaining their desktop computing environments used by home computer users and employees in organizations. I could also provide remote assistance through the telephone and Internet to guide end users who need to troubleshoot their computers, for easy and fast way of communication. Though some of the time performing regular software backups, deploy security updates, and to lecture other employees on how to use other systems or softwares can be slight challenging due to slow learners. But making sure everyone understands it is my first priority.

Pros: Great opportunity for staff motivations
Cons: Introducing new software to the users can be challenging due to slow learners and time consuming.
