-Review sales performance vs budgeted turnover target. -Direct and advice sales team on sales gaps and areas of focus to address the gaps. -Fostered cohesion with co-workers that encouraged a participative and consultative approach that galvanized a efficient value chain system. -I enjoy analysing trends and facts and thus formulating strategies that provide solutions to the business challenges. -The most challenging aspect of my job has been the human capital change management that entailed migrating the sales team that has been in a family runned business for two decades into a corporate business whose ethos are based on high performance culture.

• the company has a lot of learning curves it is a company were one learns more of the different divisions on a daily bases its a health company the products are a massing the company is on the stock exchange , every one at the company put in there best day of work every day
