I am a Senior Admin/ Personal Assistant of The CEO if Ashleigh Marketing. Working at Ashleigh Marketing has taught me a lot of things like, time management, work speed, work respect, to be well representable, to be think out of the box and to work as a team with my colleagues. Working along with my boss is the best experience ever because I always learn two or three things from her each day and I also get to teach her too, she can be hard at times but her being hard on me really strengthens me and pushes me to work hard. I love my co-workers we have the best team work ethics ever. We don't just treat each other like employees but we more like family because we spend most of our time at work. I mostly enjoy interviewing people because I do that when my boss is not available, I get to interact with different people and get to know what pushes people each day. The most challenges is when I don't get the highest number of interviews for my boss, and when I don't get quality people for her.

Excellent business structure

Each and every day i wake up with an expectation to bring about the expected results and to expand the companies structure, cooperating with my co-workers and maintaining good attitude it is what makes my work life easier. In this company their is always something to learn, what i learned the most is good work ethics.

Pros: Chances to get promoted are higher each and every working day
Cons: Honestly speaking the working hours are extremely long.

We learn and teach each other everyday, we do seat downs one on one

my challenge at my current job is money i enjoy everything and i think i deserve more. if i could get a company that is going to pay me fairly according to what i bring in the company. not that m complaining about my current job, amen i cant get to a company and start making or demanding changes because i believe the system they are currently using is obviously working for the i respect the culture.m the taper guy that does mind working 6 to 6.i am able to do work related stuff during my time like after work, m a workaholic always chasing deadline because i was not raised like everyone else. i kinda don't know everything that the public knows but m working towards that so i know everything m so eager to learn.

Pros: year i got promoted to being a trainer in 2weeks
Cons: 6am to 6pm
