Good exposure due to providing service in different companies.

In 2014 I was employed my MECS Africa as a Safety Watcher.I provided service for ASP Rope Access ( SAPREF).My duties was to monitor and enforce Occupational Health and Safety Act and clients safety rules on site. At this moment I am employed by ASP Rope Access as a Safety Watcher on temporally basis.I have conducted site risk assessments , on job risk assessments, audits and compiled reports.The working environment within employees and management is vibrant.

Pros: Great opportunities e.g. working on off shore projects

Great potential

Very busy, challenge driven environment. Fantastic culture amongst the staff, however a very controlling and EGO driven MD. This could be an amazing company, and at times, it was.

Pros: Exciting work sites
Cons: Very poor senior management

This company under pays and enslaves

Working for this company has been tough they dont really have good management and the jobs are always a problem the teams selected are strangely done not with skilled personal rather those who have their say and keep the wool over the managers eyes the staff are lazy and to be honest they put no effort into their jobs unless they work offshore massive attitude problems in this company.also ths rates are low and the hours are not consistant.

Pros: Possibility to get offshore work
Cons: Inconsistant pay and hours.
