Its a learning curve

I have improved my knowledge and understanding in BBBEE and Mining Charter, HRD Portion. I managed External training which affects all my reports which is Mining Charter, BBBEE, SLP and WSP and ATR Ive learned to supervise 3 employees who are training coordinators. I enjoyed compiling my reports and the excitement that comes with meeting targets on time. what can be most challenging is dealing with union leadership when they want things done their way
