Review of my current work

I have develop a keen interest in serving people with dignity as my daily duty is to directly to issue parts to our mechanics from the counter and specifically make sure that there is replenishment.I have learned that we don't have same view to different aspects of life and even in the job situations the same prevails and I enjoy learning the differences that builds our work relationship and gain more experiences and I value the relationship with my co-workers as it increases production. Introduction of new model of busses with minimum preservation of spares thus sometimes having shortage of spares

Pros: great opportunity for promotions
Cons: management rrly on grapevines and exploitation

I am well organised,detailed oriented and able to priotise effectively to manage conflicts demand in a fast paced work inviroment.i have a strong analytical research and time management skills and very high degree of commitment to my work.
