Excellent people skills, team player, hard working with integrity

Meeting with contractors on a daily basis to discuss projects and progress. I have very good working relationships with my teams and closely with all the role players that include government departments and clients. I enjoy working with people. What I learnt is that you never stop learning and growing and everyday and every job hold it's own challenges. It's how you approach the challenges that matters and makes a difference to the solution and outcome.

Valuable Experience Gained

Half of a typical work day is set aside for meetings at ATC. Some great people to work with in this 'high performance culture'. I have certainly gained valuable experience working here. Managing Site Builds being my expertise coming from Eaton Towers were unfortunately changed to Power management. Although it was a complete new venture for me I made a success and managed to design a power process, reduce cost and connected 200+ sites to perm power from 2017 to current. I enjoyed working with people with dissimilar skills. The most challenging aspect for me was that ways of work were being dictated by executives and middle management had very authority to make decisions.

Pros: Generous bonus structure and access to e-learning courses.
Cons: Ways of working are dictated by Top Management. Trademarked as a Bully Company with arrogant executives which is unfortunately spot on.

The company does not appreciate their employees

It is a nice company on the outside, however I would not recommend it as a good place to work. My co-workers are great, however it is a top-down approach that only appreciates the people in executive positions. I have learnt a lot about the telecommunications industry, however further growth is not possible in this company.

Pros: Good work environment
Cons: Salary is below market value

Excellent learning curve

Negotiations is the order of the day where i spend more time engaging with Land owners. I have a very good relationship with my co-workers. I have learnt a lot about negotiations where our main mandate is to reduce average portfolio rental escalation.

Pros: great opportunity for growth
Cons: Work under tremendous pressure

Administration

I enjoy recruitment ,I have a Degree an Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal with close to 2 years in Human Resources Administration. This course has prepared me for this position, it included a great deal of independent research, which required a great deal of self-determination, and motivation, with my abilities of being a hard working person who is tolerant and very enthusiastic and I would make the most of any opportunity presented to me. I dedicate myself to the tasks I am given to accomplish with very good time management skills and keeping to deadlines. I can be able to work under pressure and I am a good team player which is very important within HR.

Cons: no room for growth
