Due the experience that I have I will be a good asset for a company
My day to day work is to troubleshoot hardware and software related problems. User will logged a call on the helpdesk I will contact him/her to assist. Either remotely or personal visit. I am able to work in the team and as an individual. I also share weekly meetings with co-workers to discuss issues encountered.
Pros: No opportunities for promotion. They are using a flat structure

Go getter, challenging,stricked, disseplind, streight to the point
I beleave in trust so dont lie to me. I take a persons word verry strongly. Dont trust at first site, must prove to be trust worthy. Beleave in making and sticking to dead lines, as it makes it better to controle performance. Not big on performing or leading in grey areas as grey area can lead to confusion . That is why there are rules and measures. I beleave in rewards not handouts. Success to me lies in compleation of attemts not dreams. In a dayly work day the success is haw challanges gets overcome and desitions to get job compleated. Working with co workers is importend as team work makes work lighter and more idees get used to reach success. Thru the years i have learnt that all challanges has sellutions you just need to find it.

Petrol.diesel.tractor mechani qulified nqs level 4
I have been in the trade since 1983 I have been in mining, transport, agriculture earthmoving. Industry's. I have overhauled and rebuilt many types of machines I qualified in Zimbabwe. In 1992 NQF level4 trade certified. I have also trained other artisans for Atlas Copco machines I am an Atlas Copco. Product specialist on their mining machines I have also being working shifts and doing fault finding breakdowns machine repairs
Pros: I have enjoyed my job but I feel I need change

Qualified to the best I can be
Qualified diesel hydraulic mechanic since 1992 NQF4 diesel mechanic l have worked in the transporting /mining /farming industrys and opencast mining.l have experiance with all these feilds.

To be the best l can be
Qualified since 1992 petrol ,diesel,tractor hydraulics mechanic.exprience in mining,transport, farming industry's.l have exprience in engine overhauls,gearbox rebuilding ,diff rebuilds full rebuilds machines and servicing all make of machines ,trucks ,tractors,and cars

Qualified to the best I can be
Qualified since 1992.l have experience in farming, transporting,and mining idustrys and ihave done many machine rebuilds. I have repaired and rebuild many gearboxes and engines and diffs steering systems and braking systems.l have rebuilt many hydraulic systems and done trouble shooting on all types of machines.l can repair anything that is to do with mining,transporting,farming industrys.
Pros: l have done all l set out to do at all the places l worked
Cons: l have no problems working overtime

Quality investment in People
Family like environment at most levels however sever gender disparity. Ruthless industry mirrored in local organisational culture. Somewhat different to global corporate culture. May top quality individuals that value your contribution to the organisation
Pros: Flexibility - Not micromanaged
Cons: One has to continuously justify why they should have a say in decisions.

Sales Engineer
I feel that I am a good candidate as I am enthusiastic about the position. My experience and knowledge would be an added advantage value to the customer. I am able to compete in the market and believe that I am always motivated and also motivate others towards archiving goals and have proven that I am a go getter rather than waiting for a sales to come through.
Pros: Oppotunity for growth

Qualified to the best I can be
Qualified since 1992,l have experience in the transporting,mining and farming industrys. Im able to rebuild any make of machine,l have done training for the mine fitters and mechanics teaching them on how Atlas Copco machines work and how to trouble shoot hydraulic and mechnical systems l also showrd them how to read hydraulic schmatics I also taught them how to repair and trouble shoot the machines engines and transmitions and differentials.
