What i do on a daily basis

I'm a team player, and I enjoy helping others and solving problems. I love to get busy scanning. I hate it when people bring drawings to be scanned @ the last hour of the day, cause I plan on what to do on a daily basis

Excellent learning curve

Multi-Discipline International Company Endless learning opportunities, growth is guaranteed. Excellent and friendly staff. My experience in the company was worthwhile, I have learned a lot from different colleagues from my Manager to the fellow team members both professionally and personally.

Pros: Leaning leadership skills. Learning time management, learning planing, Learning training skills.
Cons: Haven't experienced any.

Excellent learning curve

Peoplare our greatest asset and you learn to work and understand various personalities. e it is a great place to work for people start off young and they retire there its a company where you can Excell. If you want to work with the best names in the industry you go work there

Mechanical Technologist looking for an opportunity to grow

Aurecon Aurecon provides a good platform to learn, however, if you are placed on a fixed term contract, don't expect a market related salary or benefits. Aurecon places new employees on contract so that they can give you the absolute minimum required benefits and justify a mediocre salary.

Excellent

I had a beautiful experience in Hpxana and in Aurecon. I learned a lot feom them .I am thankful for being exposdd to all theat i was exposed to. I loved everything about my previous companies. All that i need is growth.

Exposure to new industries and international standards

Aurecon is a multi national organisations will potential opportunities for international collaborations and work exchange. The culture is that of flexible work life that affords one to balance both home and work life. The management style of the organisation is very relaxed and the office environment is very welcoming

Pros: An internationally diverse organisation
Cons: The company is too big and as such it becomes difficult to have a unigue culture

Great exposure to relevant projects. No room to grow.

Aurecon is a great place to gain work experience especially as a young professional. You get the opportunity to work on some great projects that offer great learning curves and sets you up for professional registration. The downside is that there is no room to grow, especially for black and female candidates. No one in a managerial role looks like you and no one is willing to mentor you in that aspect. Get the experience you need and go and grow elsewhere.
