Good place to start when new in cooporate enviroment

good environment to learn but it feels like skin colour still takes priority when coming to promotions and increases depends on whom you know than on performance

Pros: great opportunity to be recognised by outside companies
Cons: slow growth opportunities for black people

Great team

I have learnt to believe in myself and the people of around me. I have a great team and cooperating colleagues. I enjoy the social part of my work life because that's when we get to know each other and realize how similar we are as people regardless of colour or gender or anything.The most challenging part of my job is presenting to exco member

Pros: Great Work and Home life balance
Cons: No clear salary scales for the levels
