Overall working experience

I work for a diverse company with different cultures, we learn from each other on daily basis. I have a good relationship with my co-workers and management. I have been given an opportunity to learn each others work so that we can cover for each other in the event that one is absent from work. the most challenging aspect of my job is when I have a query that is difficult to resolve, but I always have management support which proves that our team effort is very strong and we always strive to achieve the common goal.

Pros: currently there are no opportunities for growth
Cons: I work normal 8 office hours
