Working under pressure

Working under pressure, everything is urgent, working as a team, you have to be accurate all the time. We work overtime. Put you're effort and be committed to your work, be at work on time, the most challenging is when you have to do an urgent work for the sales department and at the same time you have to Finnish imports and exports documents.

Pressure but exciting

Management is a problem, alot of favouritism. No opportunity to grow within the department and not given the opportunity to apply for vacant positions within the department. In my position I did learn alot, and every day was a challenge.

Beneficial experience

As this has been my first job a real experience in the corporate world and it was great I was assigned to a very sweet lady to mentor me and teach me every thing I know but the manager was very tough on me but I think it was because she wanted me to learn quickly and I did just that.

Pros: Working comfortable space
Cons: I worked hard but my salary was too little

It's was a good learning field it's time for me to grow

I am a confident driven person who wishes to add value to the tasks I am given. I am a team player and is willing to learn new things. I am motivated by solving problems and finding simple solutions. Drafting and constructing part's

I'm hard working due to position I held. I learned a lot of experience on boilermaker for instant bending , operations of CNC machine , cut and torch and construction structure and I m creative innovation on using template due to make the copy of an object reference to be make

Pros: I started the as boilermaker assistance after six month later they promote me as a skiver and welder

Potential to earn a lot

Great company to work for ,huge with loads if different people to work with ,country wide branches,learnt a lot in my 3 years in sales.managers is fair and helps we you struggle. Continues training and always look to better the comoany.

Cons: Way to many managers

Culture

Set-up and implementation of the contact centre, not an easy culture as decisions are made on the fly with very little thought given to the impact on team members and the business.

Pros: Nice team dynamic in certain business units
Cons: Ineffective decision making, poor cross functional relationships, Poor senior management direction, double standards

Great working environment

Busy mornings at despatch and great team work and communication skills between us, I enjoy working under pressure because it keeps me busy and it's extremely important to me to be able use my knowledge and skills and experience in order to help minimize any mistakes that can cost the company thousands of rands and more importantly the business
