Gaining a lot of experience.

My typical work day requires of me calling clients, doing demos for walk in clients at our showroom, emailing existing clients, calling new leads, managing my projects, occasional site visits, creating quotations for clients, looking for new business, online training. My relationship with co-workers are very good. My relationship with both my bosses are up and down as I never know what to expect from them everyday, they don't always help or follow up with me though which is very concerning. I have learnt to bounce back quickly from disappointment, a lot of product knowledge, project management skills, administrative skills, sales skills, computer literacy skills, people and communication skills, how to deal with difficult clients, building client and dealer relationships, working under pressure.

Pros: Whenever I make sales I receive commission, gained a lot of experience.
Cons: Long retail hours, working most weekends, no space for promotions.
