L enjoy learning new opportunities
AA is a great company with lot of opportunities, l am being exposed in working in a team environment for the first time, where by we generate all work as a team, help each other to accomplish the same goal, because in order for us to produce good results we need to work hand in hand. every time, I enter to my workplace I feel inspired because my day is always experiencing new things that l still have to learn about, my relationship with core-workers is nothing less but very professional, we communicate well, and they helped me to grow since I came to AA, above all l have to know my position and where l belong to .I enjoy working under pressure and meeting deadlines at the time given, learning new things, such as the system that is being used. I haven't met challenges in my Job because l adapt everything easily and take challenges into strengths .
Pros: when working for this company , you need to be proffessional, hardworker , go getter, willing to learn new opportunities that may occure, you dont only focus on your job title but you go extra mile to learn other jobs that are being done by other departments
Cons: AA has different shifts of working hoours , i choose to arrive early and do my work, so that l can help other departments with their work.

Fast paced environment enabling me to cope with any task or issue
TYPICAL DAY AT WORK Check email / complaint queries Check work force management - make sure we are fully staffed Reporting on previous and current day call center performance - SLA Team training and coaching on current and new products RELATIONSHIP WITH CO-WORKERS I have an excellent relationship with my fellow supervisors and team We have to work as a team to make sure the daily operations are accomplished WHAT HAVE YOU LEARNT At my at the AA I have learnt how to manage a call Center, train agents, coach effectively, how to handle industrial relations effectively(hearings and disciplinary proceedings) I have learnt how to draw up detailed reports on performance and non performance
Pros: competitive salary
Cons: I plan on relocating to Durban due to family issues so I'm currently in the market for positions in Durban

Problem-solving skills,Communication skills
answering all incoming calls , in a fast paced manor. And providing high quality service to our client , warm transfering clients to the relevant department, logging cases, working as a team to up our service levels, following up checking if the client is safe, and assisted on time arranging car hire.

Great learning experience
I believe that my strong educational background and extensive experience in the Customer Services department, I make an appropriate candidate for the advertised position. As you can see in the enclosed resume, I have been working as a Customer service agent with the Automobile Association for 2 years. Since, my responsibilities and duties were quite similar to those required in the ad of your organization, I strongly believe I can perform well all the delegated duties and tasks. As I greatest success on this position I would like to point out that I have a hunger to impress.

Growing within the company
Am currently employed as an admin assistant. I discovered my passion in admin since I was in high school. I love what am doing and I would like to build a career in admin. Am an introvert and dont mind sitting working on computer. Am very organized, patient and a hardworker.
