Working on project together as a team is such a great thing

It's great to work at Autozone, Assisting users at head office and branches are very exciting. Working wit IT team is so amazing the way we work together. We do have ups and downs with our work but finally we make it happen. Respect is the most important thing with the co-workers.

Very autocratic management

A typical workday is following up on store queries, major stock issues, major out of stock and stock availability. Pricing another major issue. Cost prices vary from branch to branch. no systems. no processes in place.

I'm a good sales man who I've experience in Car and truck parts and I'm willing to work with Customers and work under pressure. I'm a humbled person who know how To deal with customers and I'm 100% Sure I really know my job

I'm dedicated to my work.

Making a positive impact in a team work is a priority to me and I work hard to meet my deadlines. I have a good listening skills, and I take critics as a learning curve nothing personal. I've learnt that together you can win if you are United as a team working together and dedicated on your goals. Difficulties that I have encounter it's difficult customers with different personalities but with the strong personality I have I manage to calm them down by becoming more calm. What I'm enjoying the most it's to work with energenic people with vibrate and positive attitude.

Learning curve

- Hard work - Very good relationship with co-workers - Make budget - Sales, manage, work hard. - Customers - retail very hard, not for everyone, need to work very hard to be on top and make it work and to make budget as retail is only that big, and competion is always there in every sale. Need to be on top of the market and always know what is in the market and do a lot of maket background.

The company I was working for its good and also the environment was perfect We were working under pressure and the staff was short. Just that people that we were working with they still under discrimination

EXCELLENT LEARNING CURVE, EASY TO LEARN

I enjoyed so much to work in such environment, motor industry, I like to work on time, and I work overtime. Relationship I am good talking and open person I don't take hours to get used to people. I have learnt respect, humility, love and caring for other and help others,. I enjoyed my work when reconciling accounts most , and meet monthly deadline. The most challenging aspects when its Month end and some of the staff members are not there because we have to cover for him or her and make the work is done. I am also active somebody who can take extra hours working without being paid overtime.

I enjoyed working with both few or team

It is busy company I enjoyed working hard as a team of Creditors Clerk. Doing recons if you don't understand as a team we help each other, copying with stress meeting deadlines. I had good relationship with co-workers. I have learnt that humility is the key to be respected working in unity peace and love. The challenges i encounter when some members are off and it's month end we had to work even harder to cover the rest of the job

Pros: Working hard to qualify for promotion but no space was available for promotion, time keeping reporting to right fully structure
Cons: Working long unpaid hours
