Great service, good customer and after sales service..

Approved audited business offering unique range of instrument services for Emmerdon International. A localised business partner. Superior products, the only downside was long lead times with spares in crisis situations, which impeded customer expectations.

Pros: Great brand, superior quality gods.
Cons: Long lead times on authentic spares and goods. No generic parts allowed.

Excellent learning curve, so beneficial

The most challenging day, was when we were performing yearly inspection and integrity test of our system for the first time and it was my third month after joining the company. Suddenly the system didn't work as expected or required, and I was the technician in charge who had never worked on that system before. But I had to do what was expected of me, solve the problem and I did it. Without training, but only through research and application of my knowledge of systems similar to it.

Pros: Opportunity for promotions
Cons: Poor planning from project manager

Excellent Learning Curve

Interacting with all clients regarding technical solutions and support. • Day to day emails from clients and internal based. • Interfacing with customers to identify opportunities for product sales and services. • Project and related activities including documentation to be managed with the help of senior Sales specialist. • Reporting key activities day-to-day related to customer requirements. • SLA activities and travelling to sites as per customer requirements. • Attend callouts if required. • Advise and develop customer quotations(rfq) for new or replacement equipment.

Pros: Good Opportunity for advance my experience.
Cons: Travelling, Long Hours of overtime
