Exceĺlent stepping stone

Great steppingstone. Hardworking people. Everyday new challenges. A very present Department teamwork. Opportunity for course enrollment without any prospect of promotion.

Pros: Great working enviroment with good, loyal, hardworking people. Good culture you want to preserve.
Cons: Procedures only applies to some and when suited. No real interrest and acknowledgement of achievement due to ignorance and uninformed senior management

Interesting

Company is very family oriented, supports people with their studies. The teams are awesome people who care and always there to help wherever necessary. I learnt how to manage a great fleet of assets with insurance included. Restructuring took a toll on employees and a lot of them were demotivated after

Willing to learn

Able to work with all ages of people, going extra miles. I respect my superiores and i enjoy challenges because it make me better as a worker.I'm team player I can able to work with team and I have skill of leading and solve problems amongst my team

Excellent

Maintenance schedule of underground equipments. Creating checklists. Compiling daily, weekly and monthly reports. Ordering of stocks. Procurement schedules. Analyzing breakdowns.
