Yes it was

It's a nice place to work , but there's no benefit and to work at a place were there no benefit isit always nice and every one is always looking for something else, and the salary were are working for wasit right because we were a medical waste company and we didn't receive dangerous goods money

Salary comparism

I studied Management Assistant between 2007 to 2009 at Gert Sibande FET College and completed N6 (National a Diploma). I am currently employed as a Wage Clerk at Averda (which was Wasteman Holdings previously) from 1st November 2011 until now. I am currently studying towards Industrial Psychology with the University of South Africa (Unisa). I have applied for positions where I know I can add value and apply experience gained over the years. The roles are attractive because they combine my interests and experience in HR, payroll and administration. I am eager to gain knowledge and willing to better my skills and understanding

Got working expereince

Our work was too dangerous but there was no choice because im sitting at home doing nothing but i dont like it anymore now because its affect me alot.As im looking for a job it is just that i want a better job now even the money we earned it is nothing.

Good learning experience

Even though the pay is not good. I learned a lot on what and what not to do when going to a new company. I also learned to be versatile and not to concentrate on one field for e. g. Determining which part will be needed, ordering of parts, time management on the job, stock taking, attending to breakdowns, learning new tricks of the trade.

My relationship with my co workers are good i do well in my job

he company is new in South Africa . Well structured well managed .Core business is industrial waste and waste in general . The company consist of a fleet M.A.N ,Toyota and U.D. It is good to work there because you learn and get new information everyday

Itaverda is good company because you learn everyday and it gives young people opportaverda is a good company because you learn everyday and it gives young people to go to school to stady they treat people equal if you are one of them team they make you feel at home they trained you how to deal with the customer unity to go to school
