great company culture, often get free biscuits and chips. good worklife balance. I have learned the value of time and working independent the most challenging aspect is travel around the area

Handles pressure very well as i beat the deadlines am always on time

I have been in payroll for 10 years doing full payroll function. I have experience on both wages and salaries. The maximum headcount I have handled is 2500 salaries. In my job I also do recons third parties and cats payments. I have experience on SAP VIP CRS and Oracle. I handle pressure very well. Give me an opportunity you wont regret it.

Pros: its a big company and you learn a lot
Cons: we do work work extra hours when needed to

Opportunity for growth especially for women is very limited. From what I've learned throughout the year and me applying for bigger roles in the company I imagined myself being very far..

Work in progress

I manage the clocking system do all HR administration duties like benefits, retirements, Monthly payroll for 382 employees capturing leave, hours, callout, standby, acting, traveling, doing all preparations for any onsite events eg. end year functions, inductions managing the employees files scheduling employees to their shift patterns. liaise with the labor broker Issue pay slips, statements, In-charge of the notice board Helping employees with any queries. I enjoy working with people and helping them. the most challenging aspect of the job is not having supportive managers.

Pros: There is no growth
Cons: working different strenous shifts, no supportive managers and lack of learning diversity for career growth.

I learn quick

I CAN DEAL WITH CO-WORKERS AND CLIENTS EASILY AND POLITELY,AND CAN COMMUNICATE WELL AT ALL LEVELS.I AM OPEN TO CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM,AND ALWAYS WILLING TO LEARN MORE IN MY LINE OF DUTY.I LIKE CHALLENGING POSITIONS HENCE I AM APPLYING FOR POSITION,I DON’T LIKE BEING IN A COMFORT ZONE.

Pros: I have gained experience in helping and addressing issues with unsatisfied customers as a customer service agent, therefore I’ve also helped implement new procedures to help companies better there service to customers and maintain a positive customer relation.
Cons: I have worked with customers throughout my working experience and enjoy the nice of dealing with customers in the business world. I have worked in both call centers and a live customer service working with customers directly enhanced my ability handling customer complaints

Enjoyable environment

Excellent customer service and mistery shopper results to proof. Work exstreemly well with my Co workers. Every day was a typical plan day. And hoping for sales after admin and morning meetings. Kept urself busy with cleaning while waiting for customers. Challange in my job was the hours that changed and had to say goodbye to the off days and weekends stipulated in the contract. No personal time left make all of us tired

Pros: Enjoy my job at retail. Excellent customer service part of the exceptional service granted.
Cons: One weekend off. No family time or personal time

Good experience of customer service Earned.

I have earned an experience of having a unique and professional customer service, store stock management by capturing and receiving, merchandise the floor and front Pos controller, telephonic customer and store management as third in charge.
