Good company
Working at a visit gave me an opportunity to expand in this world. Get to know and understand what other people feels as customers nor getting services they expecting. I work with different people with different characters daily and that's makea me understand what service delivery means.

Great opportunity
It was very nice working there but unfortunately my internship was only for 6 months so basically it was temporary position.. otherwise I had the great experience

Excellent Business Analysis and Leadership Skills
I am Senior Manager Business Analyst with experience in working and leading business analysis team in the analysis, documentation and implementation of innovations driving the fulfilment of business goals. Over the past 10 years, I have worked for various companies as a Senior Business Analyst, Senior Consultant, Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, and currently as Business Analyst Manager. My primary role is bridging the gap between IT and the business by assisting business to implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way. I hold an EDP certificate from Unisa SBL, a B.Com Honours Degree in Business Management from UNISA, a Generic Management certificate, a B.Com Informatics Degree from the UP and various IT Related course certificates. My goal has always been to continue to learn and grow while developing my leadership and managerial skills and to increase my aptitude in order to play an active & creative role as an IT professional in a globally competitive & challenging environment.

Typical work day is challenging Unpredictable but love the people I work for and work with Company culture is good and leadership and management is acceptable

Excellent learning curve
It's has definitely been an incredible learning curve and a good corporate experience. I've learnt to grow as a person as well as a leader. I've been fortunate to also grow within the company from a rental sales agent to a supervisor for different regions. Operations is always fast paced thus teaching me to think on my feet and always make decisions which benefits the business. I've learnt to work with different types of people as well as how to manage a team by motivation and being transparent in order for them to trust me. I've also learnt quite a lot about cars. How to manage a branch and grow the business

Sales bookings, invoicing, queries solving and quotes
A typical work day - customer interaction, answering calls, solving queries, making bookings and updating the spread sheet. My relationship with Co-workers - we work well together, I always focus more on my job, than work politics. What I have learnt is that a customer is always right, and every customer and rental counts, and therefore must be treated with respect and professionalism. I enjoy getting compliments from customers and helping others grow, makes me feel good about myself and work. The most challenging aspects is having to push other people / colleagues to grow or do what they are supposed to be doing.
