It has been an excellent learning curve especially since I wasn't doing what I had studied.

I love working at Awakhe as we have different projects that we do so you end up not doing exactly what you are hired to do but be an all rounder. We get calls from different people for different services, my team and I work well together. We support each other in every possible way, we get along really well. I have learnt and understood the meaning of team work and the fact that we meet new people and work with different characters when we have events and stuff. I have learnt to really work well under pressure as we sometimes organize a whole event in under 2 weeks and our events are always sold out. It is a bit challenging but I have learnt to be good at it.

I learned a lot especially inter-acting with different personalities

Some days are better than others, it gets very hectic when we have an event coming up. My co-workers and I get along very well and we are always there for each other, I have learned to appreciate team work and I enjoy working with them. Challenges arise when working under pressure, I have learned to work very good under pressure.

Good way of learning new things especially in the entertainment industry

My day starts at 08:30am when I get to work, go through my emails and do follow ups of the day before's work. My co-workers and I have a great working relationship, we always have our morning meeting before the superiors come in and they have really shown me what team work really means. What has been a challenge the most but have turned out to be a good lesson is working under pressure, due to the fact that we deal with mostly government connected events. We would end up organizing an event in just under 2 weeks and it really gets hectic, but I enjoy the pressure and everything turns out just the way we want it.

It has been an excellent learning curve especially since I wasn't doing what I had studied.

Some days are better than the others, not too busy. My co-workers and I have a good understanding and we get along very well, we cover for each other no one takes the fall by themselves. They have taught me the importance of team work and how we always need each other, you can't do everything by your self.

Pros: It was a good learning curve
Cons: I love working under pressure but sometimes it's too much to handle
